The influence of different intervention methods in gynecological care on the postoperative recovery effect of patients
妇科护理中不同干预方式对患者术后恢复效果的影响

摘要

目的 探讨不同护理干预方式对妇科术后患者恢复效果的影响。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年12月期间收治的60例妇科手术患者，随机分为2组，各30例。对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预，包括心理疏导、疼痛管理、饮食指导及康复训练等。结果 观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），术后疼痛评分（VAS）较对照组降低更明显（P＜0.05），住院时间缩短（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理干预可有效降低妇科术后患者并发症风险，缓解疼痛，加速康复进程，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of different nursing intervention methods on the recovery effect of patients after gynecological surgery.
Methods Sixty patients undergoing gynecological surgery who were admitted from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode, while the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing, including psychological counseling, pain management, dietary guidance and rehabilitation training, etc.
Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), the postoperative pain score (VAS) was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the hospital stay was shortened (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the risk of complications in patients after gynecological surgery, relieve pain, and accelerate the recovery process. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
