Effects of comfort nursing on the perioperative clinical outcome, psychological status, and prognosis of patients with bladder stones
舒适护理对膀胱结石患者围术期临床效果、心理状态及预后的影响

摘要

目的 分析舒适护理对膀胱结石患者围术期临床效果、心理状态及预后的影响。方法 我院2023年1月至2025年1月期间收治膀胱结石患者，共计人数30例，以电脑随机分组方式作为标准，将参与者均分为两组，即对照组（常规护理），观察组（舒适护理干预），对实施过程中两组患者相关指标数据作整理记录，结合统计学系统进行对比观察，分析舒适护理干预应用价值。结果 观察组患者临床效果数据短于对照组，焦虑、抑郁评分、并发症发生率及结石复发率数据均低于对照组，生活质量数据相比另一组呈现出较高优势性，组间对比P值﹤0.05，可见统计学意义。结论 膀胱结石患者实施舒适护理干预可明显缩短临床效果，缓解其不良情绪，降低并发症发生率，降低结石复发率，维护生活质量，整体效果确切，适合推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing on the perioperative clinical effect, psychological state and prognosis of patients with bladder stones.
Methods A total of 30 patients with bladder stones were admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025, and the participants were divided into two groups, namely the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (comfort nursing intervention), and the relevant index data of the two groups were sorted out and recorded during the implementation process, and the comparative observation was carried out in combination with the statistical system to analyze the application value of comfort nursing intervention.
Results The clinical effect data of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the scores of anxiety and depression, the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate of stones were lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life data showed a higher advantage than that of the other group, and the P value between the groups was < 0.05, which was statistically significant.
Conclusion   The implementation of comfort nursing intervention for patients with bladder stones can significantly shorten the clinical effect, alleviate their bad mood, reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the recurrence rate of stones, and maintain the quality of life.
