摘要

随着机械工业对高性能与节能环保需求的不断提升,轻量化设计成为机械结构设计的重要方向。拓扑优化作为一种先进的结构优化技术,通过合理分布材料,最大限度地提升结构性能和减轻重量,成为轻量化设计的有效手段。本文系统研究了基于拓扑优化的机械结构轻量化设计方法,结合多目标优化理论,实现结构强度与刚度的有效平衡。结果表明,拓扑优化不仅显著降低了结构重量,还提高了机械部件的力学性能,推动了机械设计向高效、智能化方向发展。

Abstract

With the increasing demand for high performance and energy efficiency in the mechanical industry, lightweight design has become a crucial direction in mechanical structure design. Topology optimization, as an advanced structural optimization technique, maximizes structural performance and reduces weight by rationally distributing materials, making it an effective method for lightweight design. This study systematically investigates the lightweight design method of mechanical structures based on topology optimization, combined with multi-objective optimization theory to achieve an effective balance between structural strength and stiffness.
Results show that topology optimization significantly reduces structural weight while improving the mechanical performance of components, promoting the development of mechanical design towards high efficiency and intelligence.
