摘要

离心机作为化工生产关键设备,其运行稳定性至关重要。振动故障不仅影响生产效率,还可能引发安全隐患。本文详细剖析化工生产中离心机振动故障成因,涵盖转子不平衡、轴承损坏、物料分布不均等。通过理论分析与实践经验总结,提出一系列控制措施,如定期平衡校正、优化轴承选型与维护、精准控制物料进料等。这些措施旨在有效降低离心机振动,提升设备运行可靠性,保障化工生产平稳高效进行,对化工行业安全生产与可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract

As a critical piece of equipment in chemical manufacturing, centrifuges require precise operational stability. Vibration-induced failures not only reduce production efficiency but also pose safety risks. This study thoroughly examines vibration causes in centrifuges during chemical processes, including rotor imbalance, bearing damage, and uneven material distribution. Through theoretical analysis and practical experience, we propose control strategies such as periodic balance adjustments, optimized bearing selection and maintenance, and precise material feeding control. These measures aim to effectively mitigate centrifuge vibrations, enhance equipment reliability, ensure stable and efficient chemical production, and contribute significantly to industrial safety and sustainable development.
