前瞻性调查在新入科实习护士中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨前瞻性调查在新入科实习护士中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年8月在华东师范大学附属芜湖医院芜湖市第二人民医院肝胆外一科实习的50名护士作为研究对象,随机将其分为前瞻性调查创新教学组(25例)和传统教学组(25例)。在专科护理教学中,传统教学组采用执行周带教计划表中的教学内容进行理论讲授和临床实践操作的方法;前瞻性调查创新教学组根据调查结果采用个性化教学联合周带教计划教学的方法,两组方法在实习护士出科前均进行专科基础理论知识和操作技能的考核,并对两种方法的教学满意度进行问卷调查。结果 前瞻性调查创新教学组理论和操作考试成绩均明显高于传统教学组(P<0.05),前瞻性调查创新教学组对科室护理教学满意度评分明显高于传统教学组 (P<0.05)。结论 在肝胆外一科临床护理教学中,前瞻性调查创新教学方法比传统教学方法更有效,不仅提升了教学效果和教学满意度,还激发了实习护士的学习兴趣和学习积极性,有进一步推广的价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of prospective investigation in new practice nurses.
Methods Fifty nurses who practiced in the first Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery in Wuhu Second People's Hospital, Affiliated to East China Normal University from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into prospective investigation innovative teaching group (25 cases) and traditional teaching group (25 cases). In the teaching of specialized nursing, the traditional teaching group uses the teaching contents in the weekly teaching schedule to carry out theoretical teaching and clinical practice. According to the results of the investigation, the innovative teaching group adopted the method of individualized teaching combined with weekly teaching plan. Before the practice nurses of both groups were discharged, the basic theoretical knowledge and operational skills of their specialties were assessed, and the teaching satisfaction of the two methods was investigated by questionnaire.
Results The theoretical and operational test scores of the prospective investigation innovative teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group (P<0.05), and the satisfaction scores of the prospective investigation innovative teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the clinical nursing teaching of the first department of hepatobiliary surgery, the prospective investigation and innovative teaching method is more effective than the traditional teaching method, which not only improves the teaching effect and teaching satisfaction, but also stimulates the learning interest and enthusiasm of practice nurses, and has the value of further promotion.
