Evaluation of pain nursing intervention in elderly patients with cholecystitis following laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the anesthesia recovery unit
评价疼痛护理干预在老年胆囊炎患者腹腔镜手术后麻醉复苏室的应用

摘要

目的 研究评估疼痛护理干预对老年胆囊炎患者腹腔镜术后麻醉复苏室的应用，旨在优化麻醉复苏室护理策略，提高老年患者术后舒适度，促进其快速恢复。方法 本研究随机选取100例老年胆囊炎患者，分为对照组与干预组，每组50例。对照组实施常规护理。干预组则在常规护理基础上加入评价疼痛护理干预。疼痛评分借助视觉模拟评分法（VAS）在术后0小时、6小时及24小时进行评估。依据患者实际使用的镇痛药物量以及术后疼痛缓解情况评估镇痛效果。患者满意度利用问卷调查评估。结果 干预组患者在术后不同时间点的疼痛评分均低于对照组。干预组药物与非药物结合的镇痛效果明显优于对照组。患者满意度方面，干预组得分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 个性化疼痛护理干预在老年胆囊炎患者腹腔镜手术后麻醉复苏室应用中，显著改善术后疼痛管理效果，提高患者满意度。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of pain management interventions on elderly patients with cholecystitis undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the post-anesthesia care unit, aiming to optimize nursing strategies and improve postoperative comfort for faster recovery.
Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with cholecystitis were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the intervention group received pain management interventions in addition to routine care. Pain was assessed using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) at 0, 6, and 24 hours post-surgery. Pain relief was evaluated based on the amount of pain medication used and pain reduction. Patient satisfaction was assessed through a questionnaire.
Results The intervention group had significantly lower pain scores at different time points compared to the control group. The combined pharmacological and non-pharmacological pain management in the intervention group was more effective than in the control group. Patient satisfaction was significantly higher in the intervention group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Personalized pain management interventions in the post-anesthesia care unit significantly improve pain management and patient satisfaction in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
