Observation of restrictive dietary protein nutritional intervention in the nursing of hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy
限制性膳食蛋白营养干预在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者护理中的观察

摘要

目的 探讨限制性膳食蛋白营养干预在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年12月至2024年12月期间，在我院接受血液透析治疗的80例糖尿病肾病患者作为本次对象。基于不同模式的差异，采用随机数字表法进行分组。对照组采用常规护理及膳食指导，观察组在常规护理基础上实施限制性膳食蛋白营养干预。比较两组血糖控制达标率、护理满意度、营养指标。结果 观察组FPG、2 h PG及HbAlc水平相比对照组均明显降低；相较于对照组，观察组对护理服务的满意度显著更高；相较于对照组，观察组在ALB、PA以及Hb的水平上均展现出更高的数值，在统计学上具有显著意义（P＜0.05）。结论 限制性膳食蛋白营养干预可有效改善糖尿病肾病血液透析患者营养状况，保护肾功能，优化血糖控制并降低并发症风险，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of restrictive dietary protein nutrition intervention in nursing care of hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.
Methods From December 2023 to December 2024, 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy who received hemodialysis treatment in our hospital were selected as the subjects. Based on the difference of different modes, the random number table method is used to group. The control group was given routine nursing and dietary guidance, while the observation group was given restrictive dietary protein nutrition intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The achievement rate of blood sugar control, nursing satisfaction and nutritional index were compared between the two groups.
Results the levels of FPG, 2 h PG and HbAlc in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly more satisfied with nursing service; Compared with the control group, the levels of ALB, PA and Hb in the observation group all showed higher values, which was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Restrictive dietary protein nutrition intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy, protect renal function, optimize blood sugar control and reduce the risk of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
