The impact of seamless nursing based on mind mapping on the process and prognosis of patients with ureteral calculi surgery
基于思维导图的无缝隙护理对输尿管结石手术患者手术进程与预后的影响研究

摘要

目的 观察基于思维导图的无缝隙护理对输尿管结石手术患者手术进程与预后的影响研究。方法 选取我院2022年7月至2023年7月收治的输尿管结石手术患者90例，随机分为2组，对照组主要进行常规护理，观察组开展基于思维导图的无缝隙护理，各45例。结果 观察组血压及心率水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组手术相关指标优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组满意度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组负性情绪评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 基于思维导图的无缝隙护理有利于输尿管结石手术患者术中维持稳定的生命体征，提升手术效果，减少并发症发生，进一步提高满意度，减轻负性情绪。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of seamless nursing based on mind map on the surgical process and prognosis of patients undergoing ureal stone surgery.
Methods Ninety patients who underwent ureteral stone surgery in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were randomly into two groups, the control group mainly received routine nursing, and the observation group carried out seamless nursing based on mind map, each group had 45 cases.
Results The of blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the surgical related indicators of the observation group were than those of the control group (P < 0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 005); the satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the negative emotion score of the observation group was than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Seamless nursing based on mind map is conducive to maintaining stable vital signs the operation of patients with ureteral stones, improving the effectiveness of the operation, reducing the occurrence of complications, further improving satisfaction and alleviating negative emotions.
