The rehabilitation effect of full-course nursing on elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans
全程护理对老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症康复效果

摘要

目的 分析在老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者中开展全程护理干预的康复效果。方法 本次研究对象选取2023年1月至2024年1月期间我院接收的老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者70例，通过随机数字表法将入选的病例分成观察组与对照组各有35例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组开展全程护理干预，分析对比两组取得的临床护理干预效果。结果 两组结果比较后显示，观察组的患者依从性改善效果优于对照组，下床活动和住院时间短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，最终患者生活质量评分高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 对老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者及时开展全程护理干预，可进一步提升临床护理服务质量，增强患者身心舒适度与配合度，减少并发症发生，促进患者身体恢复，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of full-course nursing intervention in elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.
Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The selected cases were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 35 cases in each group, by the random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group carried out full-course nursing intervention. The clinical nursing intervention effects achieved by the two groups were analyzed and compared.
Results After comparing the results of the two groups, it was shown that the improvement effect of patients' compliance in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the time of getting out of bed and hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the final quality of life score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Timely full-course nursing intervention for elderly patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities can further improve the quality of clinical nursing services, enhance the physical and mental comfort and cooperation of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, promote the physical recovery of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
