中央金融工作会议提出了建设金融强国的战略目标，对国家金融工作提出了新的要求，法治是金融强国建设的基本保障和必然路径，要筑牢现代金融的法治根基，满足金融高质量发展的要求，应对新形势下的金融风险，可以从立法、监管、司法三个层面形成法治合力，通过建立完善的金融法律体系、监管体系与审判体系，推动金融强国建设在法治轨道上良好运行，以提高金融法治水平，促进金融行业稳健发展，实现金融强国宏伟目标。
The Central Financial Work Conference proposed the strategic goal of building a financial powerhouse and set new requirements for national financial work. The rule of law is the fundamental guarantee and inevitable path for building a financial powerhouse. To strengthen the legal foundation of modern finance, meet the requirements of high-quality financial development, and address financial risks under the new circumstances, we can forge a legal synergy across the legislative, regulatory, and judicial levels. By establishing a comprehensive financial legal, regulatory, and judicial system, we can ensure that the construction of a financial powerhouse operates smoothly on the legal track. This will improve the level of financial rule of law, promote the steady development of the financial industry, and achieve the grand goal of building a financial powerhouse.
