煤炭是火力发电企业的主要能源来源,其供应链的稳定性与成本管理直接影响企业的生产效率与利润水平。本文针对火力发电企业煤炭供应链中的成本优化与风险管理进行了研究,提出了基于供应链各环节的精细化管理方案。通过分析煤炭供应链中的采购、运输、存储等环节,探讨了如何通过提高供应链透明度、降低采购成本、优化运输模式、提升库存管理效率等手段来实现成本的优化。研究还结合了煤炭价格波动、政策风险等因素,提出了应对供应链风险的策略。实施系统化的供应链成本优化与风险管理,有助于提升火力发电企业的市场竞争力。
Coal is the main energy source for thermal power generation enterprises, and the stability of its supply chain and cost management directly affect the production efficiency and profit level of enterprises. This paper studies the cost optimization and risk management in the coal supply chain of thermal power generation enterprises, and proposes a refined management scheme based on each link of the supply chain. By analyzing the procurement, transportation, storage and other links in the coal supply chain, this paper discusses how to achieve cost optimization by means of improving supply chain transparency, reducing procurement costs, optimizing transportation modes, and enhancing inventory management efficiency. The study also combines factors such as coal price fluctuations and policy risks to propose strategies for addressing supply chain risks. The implementation of systematic supply chain cost optimization and risk management helps to enhance the market competitiveness of thermal power generation enterprises.
