摘要

随着工业自动化程度不断提升,嵌入式系统的实时性成为保障工业生产高效稳定运行的关键。嵌入式系统凭借体积小、功耗低、性能强等特点,在工业自动化控制中广泛应用,但实时性面临诸多挑战。阐述嵌入式系统实时性内涵,剖析硬件架构、操作系统及任务调度对实时性的影响,探讨硬件优化、操作系统选择、任务调度算法改进等提升实时性的途径。通过理论分析与技术研究,为嵌入式系统在工业自动化控制中实现更高水平实时性提供参考,推动工业自动化向智能化、高效化方向发展。

Abstract

As industrial automation advances, the real-time performance of embedded systems has become crucial for ensuring the efficient and stable operation of industrial production. Thanks to their compact size, low power consumption, and strong performance, embedded systems are widely used in industrial automation control. However, real-time performance faces numerous challenges. This paper elucidates the concept of real-time performance in embedded systems, analyzes how hardware architecture, operating systems, and task scheduling impact real-time performance, and explores methods to enhance real-time performance, such as hardware optimization, operating system selection, and improvements in task scheduling algorithms. Through theoretical analysis and technical research, this paper aims to provide a reference for achieving higher levels of real-time performance in industrial automation control using embedded systems, thereby promoting the development of industrial automation towards smarter and more efficient directions.
