企业创新的定位研究及转型规划

摘要

现在全球及我国都面临着技术及经济转型的时代,如人工智能(AI)、机器学习及大模型等均呈井喷式发展。如春节横空出世的DEEPSEEK风靡全球,各种视频及设计效果图的自动生成软件等发展飞速。企业和政府部门等数字化转型的人才急需,而职业学校等开设的热门的电商等专业同质化严重及市场需求变化快。另一方面,企业面临招工难,成本高普遍面临的问题。所以,个人就业和职业提升竞争相对激烈。同时,在职场上还面临上下级、同事等关系的处理。社会就业及工作等的压力从职场传递到大学生,进而到中学生、小学生。针对对个人职业规划普遍薄弱的问题,本文提出企业创新的计划、职场规划、社会发展和个人的晋升等如何突破的建议。

Abstract

Currently, China is facing an era of global technological and economic transformation, with the explosive development of large models such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. Enterprises are facing difficulties in recruiting workers and high costs, while popular majors such as e-commerce offered by vocational schools are facing serious homogenization. The competition for personal employment and career advancement is relatively fierce. At the same time, they also face the handling of relationships between superiors, subordinates, colleagues, and others in the workplace. The pressure of employment and work is transmitted from the workplace to college students, and then to middle and elementary school students. The problem of generally weak personal career planning. This article will propose suggestions on how to make breakthroughs in workplace planning, social development, and personal promotion.I often see many people doing things in a chaotic and disorganized manner. In terms of organization and collective, there are risks involved in enterprise innovation and entrepreneurship, such as how to reduce risks in business plan investments; The support of the platform is indispensable for personal growth and development, and requires strong promotion. On a personal level, many people are constrained by rules and regulations when doing things. In response to the above phenomenon, this article proposes how to establish good order, utilize platforms and other resources, and promote their careers.
