目的 探讨延续护理干预对永久人工心脏起搏器植入术患者自我护理能力的影响。方法 入选病例为永久人工心脏起搏器植入术患者，在2024年01月-2024年12月之间，随机选择30例患者进行研究，因干预方式不同分成两个小组，常规护理的是对照组，延续护理干预的是观察组，对比干预效果。结果 观察组与对照组相比，自我护理能力有明显提高（P＜0.05）；生活质量评分相对较高（P＜0.05）。结论 对永久人工心脏起搏器植入术患者实施延续护理干预，有助于提高患者自我护理能力和术后生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the self-care ability of patients undergoing permanent artificial pacemaker implantation. Methods The selected cases were patients who underwent permanent artificial pacemaker implantation surgery. Between January 2024 and December 2024, 30 patients were randomly selected for the study. They were divided into two groups based on different intervention methods: the control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group received continued nursing intervention to compare the intervention effects. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed a significant improvement in self-care ability (P<0.05); The quality of life score is relatively high (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for patients undergoing permanent artificial pacemaker implantation can help improve their self-care ability and postoperative quality of life.
