应用型本科高校教务员作为教学管理的核心力量,其专业素养直接影响教学运行质量与人才培养成效。当前教务员队伍面临专业结构多元、职业发展通道不畅、信息化应用能力不足与服务意识有待加强等现实挑战,难以完全适应高等教育改革深化的要求。本研究基于系统化培养视角,从构建分层培训体系、强化服务导向、提升信息素养、完善激励机制、促进团队协作及推动专业发展等维度,提出教务员素质提升的整合路径,旨在建设高素质、专业化的教务员队伍,为应用型本科高校教学管理效能提升与内涵发展提供人力支持。
Academic administrators in application-oriented undergraduate institutions serve as the core force in teaching management, whose professional competence directly impacts the quality of educational operations and the effectiveness of talent cultivation. Currently, the academic administrator team faces practical challenges such as diverse professional backgrounds, underdeveloped career pathways, insufficient information application skills, and a need to strengthen service awareness, making it difficult to fully meet the demands of deepening higher education reform. Based on a systematic training perspective, this study proposes an integrated pathway for enhancing the quality of academic administrators, encompassing the construction of a tiered training system, reinforcement of a service orientation, improvement of information literacy, optimization of incentive mechanisms, promotion of teamwork, and facilitation of professional development. The aim is to build a high-quality, professional team of academic administrators, providing human resource support for improving the effectiveness of teaching management and the connotative development of application-oriented undergraduate institutions.
