The value of probiotics combined with quadruple therapy in helicobacter pylori-positive chronic gastritis
益生菌联合四联疗法应用于幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎的价值

摘要

目的 研究益生菌联合四联疗法应用于幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎的价值。方法 选择我院2021年5月至2024年9月期间接诊的60例幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎患者，随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组，各30例。对照组开展四联疗法治疗，研究组开展益生菌联合四联疗法治疗，连续治疗2周，就两组患者治疗效果、胃肠道症状与炎症指标改善情况进行评定对比。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组，研究组治疗1周、治疗2周后GSRS评分低于对照组，治疗后研究组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8等炎症因子水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎患者开展益生菌联合四联疗法治疗，能够有效提升疗效，促进患者胃肠道症状改善与炎症控制，应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective To study the value of probiotics combined with quadruple therapy in Helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis.
Methods Sixty patients with Helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to September 2024 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group by the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with quadruple therapy, while the study group was treated with probiotics combined with quadruple therapy. The treatment lasted for 2 consecutive weeks. The therapeutic effects, improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms and inflammatory indicators of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared.
Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group. The GSRS scores of the study group after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment were lower than those of the control group. After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors such as TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis with probiotics combined with quadruple therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, promote the improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms and the control of inflammation in patients, and has a high application value.
