Clinical observation on the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis with "traditional Chinese medicine penetration" and acupuncture and moxibustion
中医药透配合针灸治疗老年性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果观察

摘要

目的 观察老年性膝关节骨性关节炎采用中医药透配合针灸治疗的临床应用效果。方法 选取2024年2月至2025年3月在门诊收治的64例老年性膝关节骨性关节炎患者。随机分为对照组（32例）和观察组（32例）。对照组采用针灸治疗，观察组在对照组基础上再加入中医药透治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、膝关节功能评分及中医症候积分。结果 观察组临床疗效、膝关节功能评分及中医症候积分都优于对照组，其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中医药透配合针灸治疗老年性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果显著，能有效缓解临床症状，提高临床治疗效果，改善膝关节功能，值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical application effect of traditional Chinese medicine penetration combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis.
Methods 64 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from February 2024 to March 2025 were selected. Randomly divided into a control group (32 cases) and an observation group (32 cases). The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. Compare the clinical efficacy, knee joint function score, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score between two groups of patients.
Results The clinical efficacy, knee joint function score, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group were superior to those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Traditional Chinese medicine penetration combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant clinical effect on senile knee osteoarthritis, which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms, improve clinical treatment effect, and improve knee function, and is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
