Application effect of nursing measures based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in rectal cancer patients with anal preservation
基于加速康复外科理念的护理措施在直肠癌保肛患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析在直肠癌保肛患者的临床护理方案中应用基于加速康复外科理念的护理措施。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内就诊的直肠癌保肛患者80例纳入试验研究，而后以同等随机法分40例对照组常规护理，40例观察组实施基于加速康复外科理念的护理措施。对比两组患者康复进程以及术后并发症。结果 护理后，观察组预后进程相较对照组更优，且并发症相较对照组更低，指标对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 直肠癌保肛患者的临床护理方案中应用基于加速康复外科理念的护理可加速患者康复进程，促其尽早转归，同时可降低并发症概率，让患者多方面受益。患者有较好的护理体验，认可护理服务。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application of nursing measures based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the clinical nursing plan of rectal cancer patients with anal preservation.
Methods 80 patients with rectal cancer who received anal sphincter preservation treatment between January 2022 and December 2023 were included in the experimental study. Then, they were randomly divided into a control group (n=40) receiving routine nursing care and an observation group (n=40) receiving nursing measures based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery. Compare the rehabilitation process and postoperative complications between two groups of patients.
Results After nursing, the prognosis of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower. The comparison of indicators was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of nursing based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the clinical nursing plan for rectal cancer patients can accelerate the patient's recovery process, promote early recovery, and reduce the probability of complications, benefiting patients in multiple aspects. The patient has a good nursing experience and recognizes nursing services.
