目的 研究基于互动达标护理理论的干预模式对糖尿病无症状低血糖患者的具体效应。方法 本研究选取本院90例糖尿病无症状低血糖患者作为研究对象,根据护理模式的差异,将这些患者随机分成两组:对照组(包含45例患者,接受常规护理干预)与研究组(包含45例患者,实施基于互动达标护理理论的干预模式)。对两组患者的护理成效进行了全面且细致的对比分析。结果 相较于对照组,研究组在疾病知识掌握程度的评分上表现出更高水平;同样,在自我管理能力的评分上,研究组也优于对照组。这些差异在统计学分析上均呈现出显著性(P<0.05)。结论 采纳基于互动达标护理理论的干预模式,能够增强糖尿病无症状低血糖患者对疾病知识的掌握程度,并优化其自我管理能力。
Objective To investigate the specific effects of an intervention model based on the theory of interactive attainment of care on patients with asymptomatic hypoglycemia in diabetes. Methods In this study, 90 patients with asymptomatic hypoglycemia with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups according to the differences in nursing models: the control group (including 45 patients, receiving routine nursing intervention) and the study group (including 45 patients, implementing the intervention model based on the interactive attainment nursing theory). A comprehensive and detailed comparative analysis of the nursing effectiveness of the two groups was conducted. Results Compared with the control group, the study group showed a higher level of disease knowledge mastery. Similarly, the study group was better than the control group in terms of self-management ability. These differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The intervention model based on the theory of interactive attainment nursing can enhance the mastery of disease knowledge and optimize the self-management ability of patients with asymptomatic hypoglycemia in diabetes.
