中医耳穴压籽法在缓解癌痛中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 本项研究以对比方式表达，针对中医耳穴压籽法在缓解癌痛中的应用效果展开分析探讨。方法 试验开展期限为2024年3月至2024年12月，纳入样本为本时段院内肿瘤科收治的癌症患者中，收集人数共78例，采用数字标注法对其进行组间划分，每组包含病例（n=39），分别命名为参照组与研究组，参照组予以常规三阶梯止痛法，研究组在上述基础上，增加中医耳穴压籽法（穴位压力刺激贴）。最终进行干预效果评价、比对。结果 统计学分析后发现，研究组患者在各项指标数值的体现上均显优另一组，P值＜0.05。具体呈现在：镇痛效果（NRS）、生命质量（QLQ－C30）、患者满意度、不良反应方面。结论 中医耳穴压籽+三阶梯止痛法的应用开展，不仅能有效缓解患者疼痛感受，改善患者生活质量，提高患者满意度，同时还可切实降低不良反应发生率，值得肯定。

Abstract

Objective This study analyzed the effect of the application of cancer pain.
Methods test period for March 2024 to December 3, 2024, into the sample for the hospital oncology cancer patients, collect a total of 78 cases, using the digital annotation method between the group, each group contains cases (n=39), respectively named reference group and study group, reference group to conventional three steps of pain relief method, the research group on the basis of the above, increase the Chinese medicine ear pressure seed method (acupoint pressure stimulation stick). Finally, the intervention effect was evaluated and compared.
Results After statistical analysis, it was found that the other group was superior in the value of each index, with a P value ＜0.05. Specifically, the analgesic effect (NRS), quality of life (QLQ-C30), patient satisfaction, and adverse reactions are presented.
Conclusion   The application of traditional Chinese medicine ear point seed pressing + three-step pain relief method can not only effectively relieve patient pain, improve patient quality of life and improve patient satisfaction, but also effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of recognition.
