Analysis of the effect and incidence of complications of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative patients with distal humeral fractures
快速康复护理对肱骨远端骨折术后患者的效果及并发症发生率分析

摘要

目的 分析快速康复护理对肱骨远端骨折术后患者的效果及并发症发生率的影响。方法 此次研究对象为108例肱骨远端骨折患者，选取时间在2023年1月-2024年1月期间，上述患者均采取手术治疗。按照随机数字表法将上述患者分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组采取常规护理，实验组采取快速康复护理，每组54例。以肘关节活动度、并发症发生率评价两组效果。结果 实验组肘关节活动度优于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组并发症发生率低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 肱骨远端骨折术后患者采取快速康复护理干预，可改善肘关节活动度，降低并发症发生率。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative patients with distal humeral fractures and its impact on the incidence of complications.
Methods The study subjects were 108 patients with distal humeral fractures, selected from January 2023 to January 2024, all of whom underwent surgical treatment. According to the random number table method, the above patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received rapid rehabilitation care, with 54 cases in each group. Evaluate the effectiveness of two groups based on elbow joint range of motion and incidence of complications.
Results The elbow joint range of motion in the experimental group was better than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with distal humeral fractures after surgery can improve elbow joint mobility and reduce the incidence of complications.
