Study on the impact of home care intervention on postoperative quality of life and family function in early cervical cancer patients
家庭护理干预对早期子宫颈癌患者术后生活质量及家庭功能的影响研究

摘要

目的 深入探究家庭护理干预应用于早期子宫颈癌患者术后康复中的应用效果，特别是对其术后生活质量及家庭功能的实际影响。方法 选择2022年9月至2024年9月我院的早期子宫颈癌患者50例为研究样本，依照信封法随机划分成参考组（25例，采取常规护理）及实验组（25例，常规护理的基础上采取家庭护理干预）。对比两组在术后生活质量及家庭功能方面的差异。结果 在生活质量评分上，实验组显著更高（P<0.05）；在家庭功能评分上，实验组明显更高（P<0.05）。结论 家庭护理干预能有效提升早期子宫颈癌患者术后生活质量，并显著改善其家庭功能，在临床上具有广泛应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of home nursing intervention in postoperative rehabilitation of early cervical cancer patients, especially its actual impact on their postoperative quality of life and family function.
Methods 50 patients with early cervical cancer in our hospital from September 2022 to September 2024 were selected as the study sample. They were randomly divided into a reference group (25 cases, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (25 cases, receiving home care intervention in addition to routine care) using the envelope method. Compare the differences in postoperative quality of life and family functioning between the two groups.
Results In terms of quality of life score, the experimental group had significantly higher scores (P<0.05); In terms of family function score, the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Home care intervention can effectively improve the postoperative quality of life of early cervical cancer patients and significantly improve their family function, with wide clinical application value.
