Analysis of the impact of behavior change nursing on complications and satisfaction of patients undergoing cervical cancer radical surgery
行为转变护理对宫颈癌根治术患者并发症及满意度的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析行为转变护理对宫颈癌根治术患者并发症及满意度的影响。方法 选取2023年12月至2024年7月在我院收治的58例行宫颈癌根治术治疗的患者作为观察对象，将患者随机分为对照组（29例）和观察组（29例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用行为转变护理，对比两组患者术后并发症发生率情况及患者护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组并发症发生率情况低于对照组，患者护理满意度更高，其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 行为转变护理对宫颈癌根治术患者应用效果显著，能有效降低术后并发症发生率，提高患者护理满意度，还可以促进患者术后恢复进程，值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of behavior change nursing on complications and satisfaction of patients undergoing cervical cancer radical surgery.
Methods Fifty eight patients who underwent radical surgery for cervical cancer and were admitted to our hospital from December 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group (29 cases) and an observation group (29 cases). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received behavior change nursing care. The incidence of postoperative complications and patient satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups of patients.
Results After nursing, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the patient satisfaction with nursing was higher. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Behavioral transformation nursing has a significant effect on patients undergoing cervical cancer radical surgery, effectively reducing the incidence of postoperative complications, improving patient satisfaction with nursing care, and promoting postoperative recovery process. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
