老旧城区供水管网存在管材老化、漏损率高、水质安全隐患等问题,亟需系统性改造以保障居民用水安全与城市可持续发展。本文围绕老旧供水管网改造策略,结合工程实践,提出分区域分阶段更新改造方案,并引入智能监测技术提升管网管理水平。通过经济效益与社会效益的综合评估,验证改造工程的合理性与可行性,明确改造对降低漏损率、提高供水可靠性及水资源节约的重要作用,为城市基础设施升级提供科学依据。
The water supply network in old urban areas suffers from issues such as aging pipes, high leakage rates, and water quality safety hazards. There is an urgent need for systematic renovation to ensure residents' water safety and promote sustainable urban development. This paper focuses on strategies for renovating the old water supply network, combining engineering practices to propose a phased and zoned update plan. It also introduces intelligent monitoring technology to enhance network management. Through a comprehensive evaluation of economic and social benefits, the rationality and feasibility of the renovation project are verified, highlighting its significant role in reducing leakage rates, improving water supply reliability, and conserving water resources. This provides a scientific basis for upgrading urban infrastructure.
