Analysis of the effect of hot clear Granules+Azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis
炎热清颗粒+阿奇霉素治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析炎热清颗粒+阿奇霉素治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果。方法 该研究对象为2022年9月至2024年9月到吉林市人民医院门诊诊治的小儿毛细支气管炎患儿，入选对象共84例，利用随机数字表法进行分组，分为对照组（归类到该组的患者进行阿奇霉素治疗，共42例）与研究组（归属于该组的患者进行炎热清颗粒+阿奇霉素治疗，共42例）。对比两组的肺功能指标及炎症因子。结果 在用力肺活量与1秒用力呼气容积上，研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。在肿瘤坏死因子-α与白细胞介素-2水平上，研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在小儿毛细支气管炎患儿临床治疗环节中辅助运用炎热清颗粒+阿奇霉素，可减轻肺部炎症，促进肺功能康复，临床可进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of Hot Clear Granules+Azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis.
Methods The study enrolled 84 children with bronchiolitis who received outpatient treatment at Jilin People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2024. They were randomly divided into a control group (42 patients in this group received azithromycin treatment) and a study group (42 patients in this group received hot clearing granules and azithromycin treatment) using a random number table. Compare the lung function indicators and inflammatory factors between the two groups.
Results In terms of forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume per second, the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The levels of tumor necrosis factor - α and interleukin-2 in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the clinical treatment of children with bronchiolitis, the auxiliary use of hot clearing granules and azithromycin can reduce lung inflammation, promote lung function recovery, and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
