设备备件管理与库存优化策略的研究旨在提升企业运维效率及经济效益。本研究首先分析了当前企业在备件管理和库存控制中存在的问题，如过高的库存成本、备件短缺导致的生产延误等。接着探讨了几种有效的库存优化策略，包括ABC分类法、经济订购量模型以及基于预测的库存调整方法。通过案例分析验证了这些策略在降低成本、提高响应速度方面的有效性。合理的备件管理和库存优化不仅能够减少企业的运营成本，还能显著提升生产连续性和客户满意度。

Abstract

The research on equipment spare parts management and inventory optimization strategy aims to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises. This study first analyzes the existing problems in spare parts management and inventory control of current enterprises, such as high inventory costs and production delays caused by spare parts shortages. Then, several effective inventory optimization strategies are discussed, including the ABC classification method, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model, and the inventory adjustment method based on forecasting. Through case studies, the effectiveness of these strategies in reducing costs and improving response speed is verified. Reasonable spare parts management and inventory optimization can not only reduce the operating costs of enterprises but also significantly enhance production continuity and customer satisfaction.
