Study on the improvement of complications in patients with gestational hypertension using preventive nursing methods
预防性护理方法对妊娠期高血压疾病患者并发症发生率的改善研究

摘要

目的 分析预防性护理方法对妊娠期高血压疾病患者并发症发生率的改善作用。方法 该研究对象为2022年9月至2024年9月到医院诊治的妊娠期高血压疾病患者，入选对象共88例，运用随机数字表法进行分组，分为对照组（归类到该组的患者进行常规护理，n=44）与试验组（归属于该组的患者进行预防性护理，n=44）。对比两组的并发症及心理状态。结果 在并发症发生率上，试验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。在焦虑评分与抑郁评分上，试验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 预防性护理用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者的效果良好，有助于降低并发症发生率，改善心理状态，临床可进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the improvement effect of preventive nursing methods on the incidence of complications in patients with gestational hypertension.
Methods The study subjects were 88 patients with gestational hypertension who received treatment at the hospital from September 2022 to September 2024. They were randomly divided into a control group (patients classified in this group received routine care, n=44) and an experimental group (patients classified in this group received preventive care, n=44) using a random number table method. Compare the complications and psychological status between the two groups.
Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). In terms of anxiety and depression scores, the experimental group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Preventive nursing has a good effect on patients with gestational hypertension, helping to reduce the incidence of complications and improve psychological status. It can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
