Observation on the efficacy of psychological nursing in the treatment of acute urticaria patients
心理护理在急性荨麻疹患者治疗中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 本研究旨在探究心理护理在急性荨麻疹治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月至12月我院收治的55例急性荨麻疹患者进行回顾性分析，并随机分为两组。其中，对照组27例患者接受常规护理，观察组28例患者在常规护理的基础上接受心理护理。观察两组患者心理情绪评估以及生活质量评分变化情况。结果 心理护理干预后，两组患者的心理情绪均有所改善，但观察组的改善程度更为显著，与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，观察组患者的生活质量评分在心理护理后显著降低，与对照组相比，差异同样具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在急性荨麻疹的治疗过程中，实施心理护理能够有效减轻患者的不良情绪，提升其心理健康水平，并且有助于加速患者的康复进程，值得在临床实践中广泛推广。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to explore the clinical efficacy of psychological nursing in the treatment of acute urticaria.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 55 patients with acute urticaria admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022, who were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (27 patients) received routine nursing care, while the observation group (28 patients) received psychological nursing in addition to routine care. Psychological emotion assessment and changes in quality of life scores were observed between the two groups.
Results After psychological nursing intervention, the psychological emotions of both groups improved, but the improvement in the observation group was more significant, with a statistically significant difference compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, the quality of life scores of the observation group significantly decreased after psychological nursing, and the difference was also statistically significant compared to the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing psychological nursing in the treatment of acute urticaria can effectively alleviate patients' negative emotions, improve their mental health, and help accelerate the recovery process, making it worthy of wide promotion in clinical practice.
