面向柔性生产的可重构机电系统模块化设计方法

摘要

面向柔性生产的制造需求,传统机电系统在结构刚性和功能固化方面表现出明显局限,难以满足动态变化的生产任务要求。围绕可重构性展开的模块化设计策略,通过机械结构解耦、控制系统开放以及信息与能源传输标准化,构建出具备灵活配置能力的系统架构。模块化设计不仅提高了系统的适应性与扩展性,也在典型制造场景中展现出良好的应用效果。研究揭示了模块化机电系统在提升生产柔性和运行效率方面的潜力,为现代制造系统的升级提供了理论依据与技术支撑。

Abstract

In response to the manufacturing demands of flexible production, traditional mechatronic systems exhibit significant limitations in structural rigidity and functional inflexibility, making it difficult to meet the requirements of dynamically changing production tasks. A modular design strategy centered on reconfigurability constructs a system architecture capable of flexible configuration through mechanical decoupling, open control systems, and standardized information and energy transmission. Modular design not only enhances the adaptability and scalability of the system but also demonstrates strong application performance in typical manufacturing scenarios. This study reveals the potential of modular mechatronic systems in improving production flexibility and operational efficiency, providing theoretical foundations and technical support for the upgrading of modern manufacturing systems.
