安全积分制管理体系在施工现场的数字化实践与成效分析

摘要

在数字化转型深入推进的背景下，施工现场安全管理亟需实现由传统经验驱动向数据驱动、过程可溯、责任可量化的变革。为破解隐患排查不及时、责任落实不到位、现场管理留痕不足等难题，“安全积分制”管理体系应运而生，并在交通基础设施项目中率先开展数字化应用实践。该体系以“积分量化、数据支撑、全员参与、闭环管理”为核心，通过集成人员、设备、工点、隐患等多维数据，实现对施工现场安全状态的动态监测与智能评估，形成责任压实、履职可追的管理闭环，显著提升了施工现场安全治理效能与管理水平。

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the in-depth advancement of digital transformation, the safety management of construction sites urgently needs to shift from traditional experience-driven methods to data-driven, traceable processes with quantifiable responsibilities. To address challenges such as delaye identification, inadequate responsibility implementation, and insufficient on-site management records, the “Safety Credit System” management framework has emerged and is adopted in digital application practices within transportation infrastructure projects the first time. This system, centered on “Integral quantification, data support, full staff participation, and closed-loop management,” integrates multi-dimensional data from personnel, equipment, work sites, and potential hazards. It enables dynamic monitoring and intelligent evaluation of on-site safety conditions, forming a closed-loop management system where responsibilities are clearly defined and performance is traceable. This significantly enhances the effectiveness and management level of safety governance on construction sites.
