随着我国经济结构转型升级与新型城镇化进程加速,传统工业空间在城市更新浪潮中面临功能迭代挑战,因此城市中出现大量闲置废弃厂房。此类工业遗产普遍存在生态平衡失调、功能定位模糊、空间规划失序、产业能级衰减等突出问题,与"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的新发展理念形成显著张力。本研究以常熟老旧轻工业厂房为例,通过实地考察、问卷调研形式,基于“生态-空间-产品”多维度框架,深入研究分区改造设计方案及措施。
With the transformation and upgrading of my country's economic structure and the acceleration of the new urbanization process, traditional industrial spaces are facing functional iteration challenges in the wave of urban renewal, so a large number of idle and abandoned factories have appeared in the city. This type of industrial heritage generally has prominent problems such as ecological imbalance, unclear functional positioning, disordered spatial planning, and industrial level decline, which form a significant tension with the new development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing". Taking Changshu's old light industrial factory buildings as an example, this study, through field investigation and questionnaire survey, based on the "ecology-space-product" multi-dimensional framework, deeply studies the zoning renovation design scheme and measures.
