摘要

基于BIM技术的建筑成本预测与控制研究旨在通过现代化信息技术提高建筑工程项目的经济效益。本文首先探讨了传统成本预测方法在精度和效率上的局限性,进而阐述了BIM技术如何通过三维模型集成项目信息,实现成本数据的动态管理与实时更新。利用BIM进行成本预测不仅能够显著提升成本估算的准确性,还能有效降低工程变更带来的风险。本研究还分析了BIM技术在不同阶段的成本控制策略及其实施效果,为建筑业提供了一种新的成本管理思路。BIM技术的应用为建筑成本预测与控制带来了革命性的变化,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。

Abstract

The research on construction cost prediction and control based on BIM technology aims to improve the economic benefits of construction engineering projects through modern information technology. This paper first explores the limitations of traditional cost prediction methods in terms of accuracy and efficiency. Then, it expounds on how BIM technology integrates project information through a three-dimensional model to achieve dynamic management and real-time updates of cost data. Using BIM for cost prediction can not only significantly improve the accuracy of cost estimation but also effectively reduce the risks brought about by engineering changes. This study also analyzes the cost control strategies of BIM technology at different stages and their implementation effects, providing a new idea for cost management in the construction industry. The application of BIM technology has brought revolutionary changes to construction cost prediction and control, which has important theoretical value and practical significance.
