摘要

在智能制造蓬勃兴起之际,质量检测精确度成为产业核心关注点。传统检测手段面对复杂产品与严苛标准捉襟见肘,难以捕捉微小瑕疵。新型传感器技术,涵盖光纤、智能视觉、微机电等多种类型,具有高灵敏度、强适应性特点。它们深度嵌入原材料检验、生产流程监控及成品检测各环节,精准感知产品细微差异,实时反馈精确数据,全方位提升检测精度,为智能制造筑牢质量根基,强力助推产业迈向高端。

Abstract

In the thriving era of intelligent manufacturing, the accuracy of quality inspection has become a core focus for the industry. Traditional testing methods struggle with complex products and stringent standards, making it difficult to detect minute flaws. New sensor technologies, including optical fibers, smart vision, and microelectromechanical systems, offer high sensitivity and strong adaptability. They are deeply integrated into raw material inspection, production process monitoring, and finished product testing, accurately sensing subtle differences in products and providing precise data in real time. This comprehensively enhances inspection accuracy, solidifying the quality foundation for intelligent manufacturing and strongly propelling the industry towards higher levels.
