碘对比剂加温预处理在CT 造影检查中的应用

摘要

目的 研究碘对比剂加温预处理在CT造影检查中的应用效果。方法 时间是2023年1月至2023年12月,选择我科行CT造影检查的456例患者,随机分为恒温组186例、常温组179例,常温组使用未加温的碘对比剂,恒温组将碘对比剂放入恒温箱内加温37℃,对比两组研究对象在使用含碘造影剂过程中出现的渗漏现象及不良事件发生情况。结果 两组间造影剂渗漏事件的发生频次差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组出现3例即时性不良事件,常规组发生10例即时性不良事件,实验组的即时性不良事件发生频次显著低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生迟发性不良反应。结论 在CT造影检查中运用碘对比剂加温预处理可以获得良好效果,可减少急性不良反应的发生,存在重要价值。

Abstract

Objective To study the application effect of warming pretreatment of iodinated contrast media in CT angiography.
Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, 456 patients undergoing CT angiography in our department were selected and randomly divided into a constant temperature group (186 patients) and a room temperature group (179 patients). The room temperature group used non-warmed iodinated contrast media, while the constant temperature group warmed the iodinated contrast media to 37°C in a constant temperature incubator. The leakage phenomenon and occurrence of adverse events during the use of iodinated contrast media were compared between the two groups.
Results there was no statistically significant difference in the frequency of contrast media leakage events between the two groups (P>0.05); 3 immediate adverse events occurred in the experimental group, and 10 immediate adverse events occurred in the conventional group. The frequency of immediate adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); no delayed adverse reactions occurred in patients in both groups.
Conclusion   Warming pretreatment of iodinated contrast media in CT angiography can achieve good results, reduce the occurrence of acute adverse reactions, and has important value.
