针对性接种护理在HPV疫苗接种护理中的作用分析

摘要

目的 分析在HPV疫苗接种护理中，针对性接种护理所发挥的作用与影响。方法 本研究选取在本社区卫生服务中心90名HPV疫苗接种者作为研究对象，按照护理模式差异，随机将参与者分为两组：对照组包含45名接种者，接受常规护理；研究组则包含另外45名接种者，实施针对性接种护理。对这两组接种者的护理成效进行了全面且细致地对比分析。结果 相较于对照组，研究组在焦虑与抑郁情绪评分方面均展现出较低水平，同时，研究组接种后的不良反应发生率也低于对照组。所有差异在统计学分析中均显示出显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 针对性接种护理应用于HPV疫苗接种过程中，有助于降低不良反应的发生，并优化接种者的心理状态。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the role and impact of targeted vaccination nursing in HPV vaccination nursing.
Methods In this study, 90 HPV vaccinators in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and the participants were randomly divided into two groups according to the differences in nursing patterns: the control group included 45 vaccinated patients who received routine care; The study group included another 45 vaccinated people and provided targeted vaccination care. A comprehensive and detailed comparative analysis of the nursing effectiveness of these two groups of vaccinated patients was conducted.
Results Compared with the control group, the study group showed lower levels of anxiety and depression mood scores, and the incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination in the study group was also lower than that of the control group. All differences showed significant results in statistical analysis (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted vaccination care is applied to the HPV vaccination process to help reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and optimize the psychological state of the vaccinated.
