Effect of solution-focused psychological care on colonoscopy patients
聚焦解决的心理护理对结肠镜检查者的影响

摘要

目的 探究聚焦解决的心理护理在结肠镜检查患者中所产生的作用效果。方法 本研究选取本院收治的接受结肠镜检查诊疗的100例患者作为研究样本。运用随机分组策略，将这些患者平均划分为两组：一组设为对照组，包含50例患者，接受常规护理干预措施；另一组设为研究组，同样有50例患者，实施聚焦解决的心理护理措施。随后，对两组患者的护理效果展开深入且细致的比较分析。结果 相较于对照组，研究组在心理状况评估中的得分情况更低，在肠道准备质量评估中的得分则显著高于对照组，同时，研究组患者对护理服务的满意度评分也高于对照组。各组间所呈现的差异均具备统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 聚焦解决的心理护理干预，能够切实减轻结肠镜检查患者内心的焦虑感受，助力患者心理状态向积极方向转变，同时有助于提升患者肠道准备工作的质量水平，进而增强患者对护理服务的满意程度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of solution-focused psychological care on patients undergoing colonoscopy.
Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to our hospital who underwent colonoscopy were selected as the research sample. The patients were divided into two groups using a random grouping strategy: one group was set as the control group, including 50 patients, who received conventional nursing intervention measures; the other group was set as the study group, also with 50 patients, who received solution-focused psychological care measures. Subsequently, an in-depth and detailed comparative analysis of the nursing effects of the two groups of patients was conducted.
Results Compared with the control group, the study group had lower scores in the psychological status assessment, and significantly higher scores in the intestinal preparation quality assessment than the control group. At the same time, the satisfaction scores of the study group patients with nursing services were also higher than those of the control group. The differences between the groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The psychological nursing intervention focused on solving problems can effectively reduce the anxiety of patients undergoing colonoscopy, help patients change their psychological state in a positive direction, and help improve the quality of patients' intestinal preparation, thereby enhancing patients' satisfaction with nursing services.
