目的 分析临床护理路径结合视频健康教育在骨科患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法 选择我院在2024年1月份至2025年1份于我院进行治疗的80例患者进行研究,均分成对照组和实验组,每组40例患者,对照组为常规护理,实验组临床护理路径结合视频健康教育,对比两组患者治疗后满意度、健康知识掌握度评分,明确患者心理状态 。结果 两组患者通过提供不同的干预措施后,实验组患者护理满意度高于对照组,p<0.05,分析患者对健康知识的知晓率,实验组优于对照组,p<0.05,评估患者心理状态,实验组优于对照组,p<0.05。结论 对骨科手术患者提供临床护理路径结合视频健康教育,可以提升患者对疾病相关知识的知晓率,提高患者护理满意度,稳定患者心理状态,值得提倡。
Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway combined with video health education in the perioperative period of orthopedic patients. Methods A total of 80 patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to 2025 were selected for the study. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received clinical nursing pathway combined with video health education. The satisfaction and health knowledge mastery scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared to clarify their psychological state. Results After providing different intervention measures, the experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction than the control group, p<0.05, Analyzing the patients' awareness of health knowledge, the experimental group was superior to the control group, p<0.05, Assessing the psychological state of patients, the experimental group outperformed the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing clinical nursing pathways combined with video health education for orthopedic surgery patients can improve their awareness of disease-related knowledge, increase patient satisfaction with nursing care, and stabilize their psychological state, which is worthy of promotion.
