目的 分析肺癌胸腔镜根治术患者接受工作程序表指导下手术室护理的效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年12月内入院40例肺癌胸腔镜根治术患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组、对照组，组内均20例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组给予工作程序表下手术室护理，对比效果。结果 实验组负性情绪显著改善且低于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组围术期指标均优于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组术中风险低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 对肺癌接受胸腔镜根治术后患者进行护理的时候，可保证患者的治疗安全性，降低术中风险，缓解不良情绪，有助于患者康复。
Objective To analyze the effect of operating room nursing guided by work procedure sheets on patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer. Methods Forty patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group was given operating room nursing under the guidance of work procedure sheets. The effects were compared. Results The negative emotions of the experimental group were significantly improved and lower than those of the control group, P < 0.05. The perioperative indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, P < 0.05. The intraoperative risk of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion When providing care for patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer, it can ensure the treatment safety of patients, reduce intraoperative risks, alleviate negative emotions, and facilitate patient recovery.
