随着北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)全球服务能力的提升,其在气象信息传输领域的应用日益广泛。本文基于《北斗卫星导航系统气象信息传输规范》(QX/T417—2018),结合最新研究和技术进展,对该规范进行解读。该规范明确了其适用范围,涉及规范性引用文件与关键术语定义,将传输信息分为气象应急信息和气象观测数据两大类,阐述了包括数据分包、协议头、数据类型标志和校验值计算的传输信息处理过程,还提出了数据重发机制以保障传输可靠性。其中气象观测数据文件形式传输中,文件名长度8bit采用二进制表示;数据重发机制对单包和分包数据分别制定重发规则。本文解读旨在为气象信息的高效、准确传输提供参考,助力北斗系统在气象领域更好地发挥作用。
With the improvement of the global service capability of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS), its application in the field of meteorological information transmission has become increasingly widespread. Based on the Specifications for Meteorological Information Transmission of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (QX/T417—2018), this paper interprets the specifications in combination with the latest research and technological progress. The specifications clearly define its scope of application, involving normative reference documents and definitions of key terms. They classify transmission information into two categories: meteorological emergency information and meteorological observation data, and elaborate on the transmission information processing procedures, including data sub-packaging, protocol headers, data type identifiers, and check value calculation. Additionally, they propose a data retransmission mechanism to ensure transmission reliability. In the transmission of meteorological observation data in file form, the file name length of 8 bits is represented in binary; the data retransmission mechanism formulates retransmission rules for single-packet and sub-packet data respectively. The purpose of this interpretation is to provide a reference for the efficient and accurate transmission of meteorological information, and to help the BeiDou system play a better role in the meteorological field.
