The value of personalized health education combined with psychological care in perioperative nursing intervention for gallstones
个性化健康教育联合心理护理在胆囊结石围术期护理干预价值

摘要

目的 分析个性化健康教育联合心理护理在胆囊结石围术期护理干预价值。方法 我院2023年10月至2024年10月期间收治胆囊结石患者，共计人数80例，以随机分组方式分为两组，即对照组（常规护理），观察组（个性化健康教育联合心理护理），对实施过程中两组患者相关指标数据作整理记录，结合统计学系统进行对比观察，分析个性化健康教育联合心理护理干预应用价值。结果 观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分及手术各项指标均低于另一组，生活质量数据及护理满意度数据相比另一组呈现出较高优势性，组间对比P值﹤0.05，可见统计学意义。结论 胆囊结石患者实施个性化健康教育联合心理护理干预可明显缓解其不良情绪，缩短手术各项指标，提高生活质量，提高护理满意度，整体效果确切，适合推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of personalized health education and psychological nursing in gallstone perioperative nursing intervention.
Methods our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 with gallstone patients, a total of 80 cases, divided into two groups, namely control groups (routine care), observation group (personalized health education combined psychological nursing), in the implementation of two groups of patients related index data records, combined with statistical system comparison observation, analyze the personalized health education joint psychological nursing intervention application value.
Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the other group, and the quality of life data and nursing satisfaction data showed high advantages compared with the other group. The P value was 0.05, which showed statistical significance.
Conclusion   The implementation of personalized health education combined with psychological nursing intervention for patients with gallstones can significantly alleviate their bad mood, shorten the surgical indicators, improve the quality of life, improve nursing satisfaction, the overall effect is accurate, and suitable for promotion.
