Midwives' experience in nursing cooperation and nursing value during analgesia delivery
产房助产士在镇痛分娩术中护理配合以及护理价值体会

摘要

目的 研究探讨在镇痛分娩术中，助产士的配合作用，观察分析其护理效果和价值。方法 选取2023年05月-2024年05月期间，入院分娩生产的90例产妇纳入本次研究范围，并随机均分为观察和对照两组，每组各有45例产妇。其中，对照组实施常规的护理措施，而观察组则借助产房助产士主导的镇痛分娩护理。并对两组产妇的产程时间和新生儿生产情况以及产妇的护理满意度等相关指标进行对比分析。结果 通过分析对比，可以明显看出，观察组产妇的产程时间和新生儿生产情况以及产妇的护理满意度均显著好于对照组。结论 在镇痛分娩术中，通过产房助产士实施有效的配合与采取科学护理干预措施，可有效缩短产妇的产程时间等相关指标，效果明显。

Abstract

Objective To study the cooperation of midwives in analgesia and analyze their nursing effect and value.
Methods 90 women from May 2023 to May 2024 were included in the scope of this study, and were randomly divided into two groups: observation and control, with 45 women in each group. Among them, the control group implemented routine nursing measures, while the observation group used the analgesic delivery care led by midwives in the delivery room. The duration of labor and the birth status of the two groups and the nursing satisfaction were analyzed.
Results Through analysis and comparison, it was obvious that the labor time and neonatal production status and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group.
Conclusion   In the analgesic delivery surgery, the effective coordination and scientific nursing intervention measures through the delivery room midwife can effectively shorten the maternal labor time and other related indicators, and the effect is obvious.
