Exploring the talent training model of logistics management in Chinese vocational colleges from the perspective of international cooperation
国际合作视角下我国高职物流管理专业人才培养模式探索

摘要

新冠肺炎疫情结束后，全球进入充满挑战的复苏阶段，高校间的国际交流与合作依然面临重重困难。审视我国高职院校物流管理人才培养现状，发现存在培养模式重科研轻实践、难以对接企业用工需求、国际化程度较低等挑战。为此，对我国8所中外合作院校的物流管理人才培养模式进行了比较分析，收集整理相关资料，采用描述性统计分析方法进行研究。结果表明，优化国际化物流管理人才培养目标、加强英语等语言培训、加强国际化师资队伍建设、加大资金投入等措施，有利于快速克服疫情影响，培养优秀的国际化物流管理人才，促进物流行业多元化、国际化发展。

Abstract

After the end of COVID-19, the world has entered a challenging recovery stage. Particularly, international exchanges and cooperation between colleges and universities are still facing difficulties. Examining the present state of logistics management talent development in vocational colleges in China reveals several challenges. These include an education model that prioritizes research over practical skills, difficulties in aligning with the workforce needs of businesses, and limited international engagement. In this context, a comparison and analysis of talent cultivation models in logistics management were conducted in 8 Sino-foreign cooperative schools in China. Relevant data was collected and organized, and descriptive statistical analysis methods were used for research. The results indicate that measures such as optimizing the training objectives of international logistics management talents, strengthening English and other language training, enhancing the construction of international teaching staff, and increasing financial investment are implemented. These measures are conducive to quickly overcoming the impact of COVID-19, cultivating excellent international logistics management talents, and promoting the diversified and international development of the logistics industry.
