Effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in neurology on the prognosis of hemiplegia after ischemic stroke
神经内科早期康复护理干预对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫预后的影响

摘要

目的 对我院缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者采用神经内科早期康复护理干预的临床效果进行研究，并观察其对患者预后的影响。方法 对本院2023年1月-2025年1月100例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者展开研究，研究期间根据患者护理方法不同进行分组，采用常规护理者50例均纳入参照组，采用神经内科早期康复护理干预者50例均纳入研究组，观察并对比两组患者康复效果。结果 研究组患者在神经功能恢复、生活质量各项评分研究组比参照组高，心理状态方面评分研究组比参照组低，且并发症发生率研究组比参照组低，两组数据对比差异性明显，并以研究组数据存在优势性（P<0.05）。结论 神经内科早期康复护理干预对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的预后具有积极影响，有助于其神经功能恢复，生活质量提升，并且有效缓解不良情绪，降低并发症的发生，效果显著，建议广泛应用。

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in ischemic stroke hemiplegia patients in our hospital, and observe its effect on patient outcome.
Methods 100 patients of ischemic stroke and hemiplegia from January 2023 to January 2025. During the study, patients were grouped according to different nursing methods, 50 cases of routine caregivers were included in the reference group, and 50 cases of neurology were included in the study group, and the rehabilitation effect of the two groups was observed and compared.
Results The patients in the study group were higher in neurological function recovery and quality of life than the reference group, and the study group was lower than the reference group, and the complication rate was lower than the reference group. The difference of data between the two groups was obvious, and the data of the study group were dominant (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Early rehabilitation nursing intervention in neurology department has a positive impact on the prognosis of hemiplegia patients with ischemic stroke, help the neurological function recovery, improve the quality of life, effectively relieve bad mood, reduce the occurrence of complications, which is suggested to be widely used.
