细节管理在神经外科脑血栓患者手术护理安全中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在神经外科脑血栓患者手术护理安全中开展细节管理的应用效果。方法 随机筛选我院神经外科接收的脑血栓患者60例作为分析对象，通过随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组各30例，两组患者均接受手术治疗，治疗期间给予对照组常规护理管理，给予观察组细节护理管理，对比分析两组最终获得的护理管理效果。结果 观察组护理管理质量和患者依从性评分均高于对照组，患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，患者的脑神经功能恢复效果优于对照组，最终患者的生活活动能力、生活质量与对照组相比明显提高，（P<0.05）。结论 将细节管理应用于神经外科脑血栓患者手术护理安全管理中，可进一步提升临床护理质量，增强患者的遵医行为，降低患者术后并发症发生，促进患者身体恢复，改善患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of detail management in the surgical nursing safety of patients with cerebral thrombosis in neurosurgery.
Methods random screening of our neurosurgery received 60 patients with cerebral thrombosis as the analysis object, through the random numerical table method into observation group and control group each 30 cases, two groups of patients accept surgical treatment, treatment for control group routine nursing management, give observation group details nursing management, comparative analysis of two groups of nursing management effect.
Results The quality of nursing management and patient compliance score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications of the patients was significantly lower than that of the control group, the recovery effect of the patients was better than that of the control group, and the final life activity ability of the patients was significantly improved compared with that of the control group, (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The application of detail management to the safety management of surgical care for patients with cerebral thrombosis in neurosurgery can further improve the quality of clinical care, enhance patients 'medical compliance behavior, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, promote the recovery of patients' body, and improve the quality of life of patients.
