The application value of effective humanistic care in the nursing of cardiac surgery operating room
有效人文关怀在心脏外科手术室护理中的应用价值

摘要

目的 探讨在心脏外科手术室护理中有效人文关怀的应用价值。方法 择选2023年1月-2025年1月我院接受心脏外科手术的患者参与本次研究，并将患者均分两组，分别给予参照组常规护理（50例），研究组给予人文关怀护理（50例），观察两组护理效果，并统计临床研究数据作为判定标准，包括：负性情绪评分、临床依从性评分、护理满意度、并发症。结果 SAS、SDS各项评分见护理前无明显差异（P＞0.05），护理后见研究组比参照组评分低（P＜0.05）。患者临床术前、术中、术后各项依从性评分见研究组高、参照组低（P＜0.05）。护理满意度见研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）。并发症总发生率见研究组低于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 有效人文关怀在心脏外科手术室护理中的应用，可明显缓解患者不良情绪，提高临床依从性及护理满意度，同时降低并发症发生，护理效果理想，促进患者预后康复，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of effective humanistic care in cardiac surgery.
Methods Selection in January 2023-January 2025 we accept cardiac surgery patients involved in the study, and the patients were divided into two groups, respectively give reference group routine care (50 cases), the research group to humanistic care (50 cases), observe the two groups of nursing effect, and statistical clinical study data as the criteria, including: negative mood score, clinical compliance score, nursing satisfaction and complications.
Results There was no significant difference between SAS and SDS (P> 0.05), and the study group was lower than the reference group (P <0.05). Clinical compliance scores for preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative patients were high in the study group and low in the reference group (P <0.05). Nursing satisfaction was higher in the study group than in the reference group (P <0.05). The overall incidence of complications is lower in the study group than in the reference group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The application of effective humanistic care in the nursing of cardiac surgery operating room can obviously relieve the patients' bad mood, improve clinical compliance and nursing satisfaction, reduce the occurrence of complications, the nursing effect is ideal, and promote the prognosis of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
