The application value of comfortable nursing mode for bladder spasm care after transurethral resection of prostate in patients with prostatic hyperplasia
舒适护理模式对前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛护理的应用价值研究

摘要

目的 本研究旨在评估舒适护理在前列腺增生患者尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛管理中的应用效果。方法 选取80例患者，均分两组：对照组（传统护理）与观察组（传统+舒适护理）。通过对比，探究舒适护理的附加价值，时间跨度为2022至2023年。比较两组患者在膀胱痉挛发生率、舒适度评分及术后恢复时间等方面的差异。结果 相较于对照组，观察组患者的膀胱痉挛发生率更低（P<0.05），舒适度评分更高（P<0.05），且术后恢复时间更短（P<0.05）。结论 经尿道前列腺电切术后，于前列腺增生患者膀胱痉挛之护理中，舒适护理模式展现出了非凡的应用潜力，其有效性及优越性不容忽视，值得在临床护理中广泛推广。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to investigate the value of comfort care model in bladder spasm care after transurethral resection of the prostate in patients with prostatic hyperplasia.
Methods 80 patients with prostatic hyperplasia who underwent transurethral resection of prostate in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, with 40 patients in each group. The control group used the traditional care method, and the observation group added the comfort care model to the usual care. Compdifferences in the incidence of bladder spasm, comfort score, and postoperative recovery time.
Results Patients in the observation group had lower rates of bladder spasm (P <0.05), higher comfort scores (P <0.05), and shorter postoperative recovery time than those in the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Comfortable nursing model has significant application value in bladder spasm care after electric resection of prostate in patients with prostatic hyperplasia, and should be widely promoted in clinical care.
