本研究以湖南省某乡镇中学为样本,通过问卷调查与访谈法,分析学生、家长及教师对校园欺凌的认知差异、发现渠道与防治现状。结果显示:(1)师生家长对肢体欺凌认知一致,但对心理欺凌的识别存在显著差异;(2)欺凌事件主要依赖学生主动报告,早期发现机制薄弱;(3)学校缺乏系统性防治措施与社会支持。据此,研究基于芬兰KiVa模型提出乡镇中学反校园欺凌本土化实践方案,通过大学生志愿者团队介入、多维度活动设计及监测机制优化,提升乡镇中学校园欺凌防治能力。该方案为我国校园欺凌防治提供了新的视角和实践路径,未来研究将进一步推广方案至更广泛地区,利用大数据和人工智能技术提高方案效率,并加强国际合作与交流。
This study takes a township middle school in Hunan Province as a sample, using questionnaire surveys and interviews to analyze the cognitive differences, discovery channels, and prevention status of school bullying among students, parents, and teachers. The results show that: (1) teachers, students, and parents have consistent recognition of physical bullying, but there are significant differences in identifying psychological bullying; (2) bullying incidents mainly rely on students' active reporting, with weak early detection mechanisms; (3) schools lack systematic prevention measures and social support. Based on this, the study proposes a localized practical plan for anti-school bullying in township middle schools based on the Finnish KiVa program. By involving college student volunteer teams, designing multi-dimensional activities, and optimizing monitoring mechanisms, the plan aims to enhance the ability of township middle schools to prevent and address school bullying. This plan provides a new perspective and practical path for school bullying prevention in China. Future research will further promote the plan to broader regions, use big data and artificial intelligence technologies to improve its efficiency, and strengthen international cooperation and exchanges.
