The scale of mining operations continues to expand, bringing increasing safety risks due to complex geological conditions and high-intensity work. Establishing a scientific safety production standardization management system has become the core path for mining companies to break through safety bottlenecks. This article focuses on the practical needs of system construction, delving into key aspects such as standardized process design, institutional framework establishment, and dynamic implementation mechanisms.
