水利工程建设在促进经济发展和社会进步中对当地生物多样性产生了复杂的影响。水库的建设、河流的改道等改变了自然水文条件,影响了依赖这些环境生存的动植物;工程建设过程中的人为活动也对生态系统造成了干扰。本文探讨了水利工程对生物多样性的主要影响途径,并提出了相应的保护对策,包括但不限于生态补偿机制的建立、栖息地恢复和物种保护措施的实施等,通过科学规划与管理可以有效减少水利工程对生物多样性的负面影响。
While water conservancy project construction promotes economic development and social progress, it has a complex impact on local biodiversity. The construction of reservoirs, the diversion of rivers, etc., have changed the natural hydrological conditions, affecting the animals and plants that rely on these environments for survival. The human activities during the project construction process have also interfered with the ecosystem. This paper explores the main ways in which water conservancy projects impact biodiversity and proposes corresponding protection countermeasures, including but not limited to the establishment of an ecological compensation mechanism, the restoration of habitats, and the implementation of species protection measures. Through scientific planning and management, the negative impacts of water conservancy projects on biodiversity can be effectively reduced.
