高速贴片机是精密电子制造的关键设备,其运动控制精度直接影响产品质量与生产效率。本文针对传统运动控制算法在高速运行时的精度不足问题,提出一种改进算法。通过引入先进的轨迹规划与误差补偿技术,优化贴片机的加减速过程和定位精度,实验结果表明,改进算法显著提升了贴片机的贴装精度和生产效率,为精密电子制造提供了更可靠的技术支持,具有重要的应用价值和推广前景。
High-speed patch machine is the key equipment of precision electronic manufacturing, its motion control precision directly affects the product quality and production efficiency. This paper proposes an improved algorithm to solve the insufficient accuracy of the traditional motion control algorithm at high speed. By introducing advanced trajectory planning and error compensation technology to optimize the acceleration and deceleration process and positioning accuracy of the machine, the experimental results show that the improved algorithm significantly improves the mounting accuracy and production efficiency of the machine, provides more reliable technical support for precision electronic manufacturing, and has important application value and promotion prospect.
